At Plush Spa, we ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. Follow our simple New Client Procedure to get started.
1. Schedule an Appointment
Book online, call, or visit us to set up your pet’s first grooming or boarding session.
2. Complete the New Client Form
Provide important details about your pet, including breed, age, health history, special needs, and preferences.
3. Vaccination & Health Requirements
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations (rabies, distemper, and bordetella for boarding) is required for all pets.
4. Meet & Greet (Optional for Nervous Pets)
For first-time clients, we offer a short introductory visit to help your pet feel comfortable with our environment.
5. Personalized Consultation
Our groomers or boarding staff will discuss your pet’s specific needs, grooming style preferences, and care routine.
6. Spa Day or Boarding Stay Begins
Your pet will enjoy our expert care with gentle grooming or a cozy boarding experience. We provide regular updates upon request.
7. Pick-Up & Aftercare Advice
After their service, we’ll provide a report on their visit, styling recommendations, and any additional wellness tips.

What services do you offer?We offer a wide range of grooming services for dogs and cats, including bathing, haircuts (breed-specific cuts available), nail trimming, teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, and more.

What are your hours of operation?We are open six days a week Monday to Saturday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, and we are closed on Sundays.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Apple Pay.

What is your cancellation policy?We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be required to put down a deposit before you can reschedule. Appointments that are 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee.

Do I need to bring anything with me to the appointment?Please bring vaccination records for puppies and kittens, as well as rabies vaccination proof for adult dogs and cats.

How long does a grooming appointment typically take?Appointment times vary depending on your dog's size and breed, but they generally range from 2 to 4 hours.

What kind of products do you use?We use high-quality, American-made shampoos and conditioners from Envirogroom.

Do you handle aggressive or anxious dogs?We have experience handling dogs with varying temperaments. Please inform us of any behavioral concerns beforehand so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Please note that we charge for any additional time spent due to behavioral issues.

Do you groom outdoor and indoor cats?No, we do not provide grooming services for cats that go outdoors.

What if my cat is scared or stressed?We will take extra care to make your cat feel comfortable and safe. We use calming techniques and positive reinforcement. If a cat becomes too stressed, we reserve the right to send them home.
